SAN FRANCISCO OVEN TO OPEN FIRST COLUMBUS AREA LOCATION

Brecksville, OH, January 24th, 2003 - San Francisco Oven LLC, the Cleveland area- based company that opened the highly successful San Francisco Oven "fast casual" restaurant in Willoughby, Ohio, last year, announced today it is bringing "A Taste of the Bay Area" to Columbus Ohio.

San Francisco Oven has signed a lease to open a location on the main floor of the Capitol Square Office building. This location is adjacent to the Hyatt Capitol Square and the Columbus City Center.

Utilizing the themes and attractions of San Francisco in the dÈcor and many Bay Area recipes, the San Francisco Oven concept features made-to-order pizzas baked in a brick oven, hot and cold sandwiches, and freshly made salads and homemade soups. The Columbus location will be open for breakfast and feature a full line of coffee drinks, baked goods and breakfast items served from the brick oven.

The restaurant is in the relatively new "fast/casual" category. It combines the speed and convenience of fast food with the food quality of casual dining restaurants at prices that fall between the two.

San Francisco Oven was inspired by the Bay area's culinary tradition of embracing the world's finest cuisine's. Restaurateurs and lifelong pals Eddie Cerino and Matt Harper have used a combination of architecture, decorating and menu development to give customers a dining experience with authentic San Francisco flavor.

"We are excited to bring our dynamic concept to Columbus and look forward to opening several locations in the near future" said Matt Harper, President of San Francisco Oven, which is headquartered in the Cleveland suburb of Brecksville.

Eddie Cerino, San Francisco Oven's Executive Chef and Vice President, added, "Columbus was at the top of our list of cities to expand to first and we are confident that the people of Columbus will appreciate the food quality and value that San Francisco Oven offers."
